What you need to know

With our Whistleblowing process we encourage openness and honesty, allowing individuals to provide all the details anonymously without fear of retaliation. Reports made through our third-party tool ensure complete confidentiality. Your identity will be protected to the fullest extent:

  • Your email address remains unknown to ImmunoIVD.
  • The service is separate from ImmunoIVD´s IT environment.
  • The tool does not track IP addresses or other data that could identify a person

    • Upon receiving a report, our dedicated team will promptly investigate the matter with impartiality and diligence. We are committed to taking appropriate action to address any confirmed wrongdoing and to prevent future occurrences.

    You can follow the process by clicking on “My inbox” on the third-party platform. The link will direct you to the inbox log in page where you will need to enter the username and password that you will receive after submitting the report. The inbox allows you to follow the processing of your report, communicate securely with the organization and receive its feedback on your report.
